Gorgeous Jetson is back with their latest single Never Meant To Kick It, and the beautiful guitar melodies ringing throughout the song do not disappoint.
The song begins with the guitar and it's so nice to hear, I wouldn't be terribly upset it that was the song (haha). But of course, there's more to it! When the rest of the instruments collide with the guitar, the sound is so radiant.
The track has a more tranquil vibe than some of their other tracks. It's very chill and one of those songs that when you listen to it, you quickly get absorbed into the music. I really like how every instrument has its own sound, but support one another so perfectly to create this song.
The vocals are pretty soothing which matches the mood of the song. My favorite part about this song is the way the guitars almost sound like bells. It makes the song have an angelic feel to it.
The ending has an amazing twist where the beat changes up a bit and definitely gets more technical. This is one of my favorite parts was well. It was kind of unexpected, but a good surprise. Overall, I think the guys succeeded in bringing us another great single.
